Alkaline Water Or Alkaline Minerals?

“Alkaline water” is water with added alkaline minerals. It will give a high pH readings on a  pH meter.

‘High pH water is water with a high level of hydrogen atoms (ions). It can be artificially made to seem like alkaline water by using electrolysis.

What’s the difference?

Alkaline water contributes alkaline minerals to the body which can be used as a ‘buffer’ to counteract and neutralize excess acids. High pH water may have little to no alkaline minerals in it as therefore has little to no capability of acting as a buffer in the body.
