Molecular Hydrogen And Depression - in rats at least!

I was sent a study by a friend in Canada today, showing what happened when depressed rats were fed H2 water.

It appears that inflammation of the brain and free radical activity is a common factor in depression - in rats at least - and the study came out and concluded that hydrogen-rich water treatment prevents chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) induced depressive-like behavior.
