DIOS INC DBA AlkaWay USA (“AlkaWay USA”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our website and in using our products and services (collectively, "Products"). This policy covers the AlkaWay USA website AlkaWayUSA.com, mobile applications, and desktop clients and is applicable worldwide.

This policy outlines our handling practices and how we collect and use the Personal Data you provide during your online and offline interactions with us. Referrals

If you choose to use our Advocate service to tell a friend about our products, you represent that you have their consent to provide us your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. Unless we are authorized by your friend, we will only use your friend’s name and email address for the purposes of sending this one-time email and maintaining an activity log of our Advocate program.

Choice

You can choose whether to provide Personal Data to AlkaWay USA, but note that you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services if they require Personal Data that you have not provided. You can sign-up, and therefore consent, to receive email or newsletter communications from us. Social Media - Facebook and YouTube Cookies

Some of our websites and Products include code snippets provided by social media companies that can sense if you are already logged into a given social media account so you can easily share AlkaWay USA content with other social media users via that account. These code snippets read cookies set previously by social media company web content while you are logged in and browsing such content on those social media sites.

We embed videos from AlkaWay USA’s YouTube channel. This may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player. YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode.
